Prepping my garden and building a new fence

Alt Gardens is a video series where I do work in my garden while talking about alternative and emo music from the 2000's. Millennials are now at the age where we just want to grow our own food and listen to the angsty music from our youth.

In this episode I weed the garden for the first time since Spring has started. I also have a family of groundhogs take residence under my back deck last year and they ate a large majority of my vegetables. I made a small fence to try and keep them out but they were able to climb it so I’m also going to build a taller, more sturdy fence.

The first couple of videos are filmed and edited vertically because I currently have the largest amount of followers and engagement on TikTok, so I’m taking a mobile video first approach to my filming. I’ve recently gotten good feedback from posting this video on Reddit and have been encouraged to take YouTube more seriously as a my video platform.
