Child Development Center

Westminster Canterbury Richmond has an on-site child development center in which residents are free to spend their time and volunteer to help care for the kids. This tells the story of Ms. Jackie, a resident who has spent many years volunteering in the child development center and who the children refer to as the fairy godmother.
